ZaChoeje Rinpoche

We have begun a weekly study of the 37 Practices of the Bodhisattva, a set of verses by Togme Zongpo (1245-1369) translated by ZaChoeje Rinpoche. They contain practical advice for increasing love and compassion in our lives.
Verse 6 is as follows:

Committing to a spiritual friend dispels negativities
And your good qualities will increase like the waxing moon
The sublime spiritual friend is the source of goodness
Cherishing him or her more than your own life is the practice of Bodhisattvas.

We are planning a public talk Friday evening Oct 16 and a teaching Saturday Oct 17. He will be continuing the 37 Practices of the Bodhisattva on Saturday and the Friday night topic is to TBA.

Suggested donation for the Friday Public Talk is $10 and the teaching Saturday is $50.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
